1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ai Infographic Maker application (the "App"), developed by Ömer Erdem Aydemir ("Developer"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Developer immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App or its servers.

4. User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to create and share content. You are solely responsible for any content you generate, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations. By using the App, you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating the App.

Content Guidelines

User-generated content must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Must not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Must not include any hate speech, threats, or harassment.
• Must not contain any malware or harmful code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the App are owned by or licensed to the Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI technology to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, the Developer makes no guarantees regarding the quality or reliability of AI-generated content. The user is responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

The App operates on a freemium model with optional in-app purchases and subscription plans.

• Subscription Options: Users may choose from various subscription plans, which will be clearly outlined within the App.
• Billing: Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis, and you will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will not be granted after this period.

8. Disclaimers

The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

10. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Developer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
